WEAVING
Within our company; there are dobby and jacquard towel machines and fabric weaving machines. Our terry weaving machines can produce between 320 – 900 gr / m2. Our production groups for the weaving are towels, bathrobes, bathmats and baby textiles which are hooded towels, bibs, bathrobes with bias. Our fabric weaving machines can produce between 145 TC – 400 TC.
KNITTING
In our machines that produce knitted fabric between 100 gr / m2 and 160 gr / m2, we provide fitted jerseys, pico fabrics and knitted towels which are mayer towels and bathrobes for our esteemed customers
Knitting (interlock, rib, single jersey, camisole, two threads, three threads, welsoft) and woven (towels, robe, velvet, cloth, warp mayer) in cotton, polyester, polyamide, viscose, modal, bamboo and their cotton blends in HT dyeing and we apply pique, home textile fabrics (from 100 cm to 320 cm), outerwear (from 160 cm to 240 cm), contract dyeing and finishing.
DIGITAL PRINTING
Our digital printing machine within our company has a printing width of 320 cm. Thanks to the fine pattern details of our prints, we direct the outerwear industry. Thanks to its wide printing width, we serve in home textiles.
